The Girault-Pasqué training is dedicated to auditing service quality and customer experience in the hospitality and restaurant sectors.
Designed from real field assignments, it provides a rigorous, structured, and operational audit methodology directly derived from practice. It enables a deep understanding of how customer experience is built, how service quality is assessed beyond standards, and how to analyze consistency between promise, communication, and on-the-ground reality.
This training is exclusively intended for experienced professionals seeking to refine their perspective, strengthen their analytical capabilities, and adopt a fair, credible, and demanding audit posture.
It is neither an academic program nor a career transition path, but rather an in-depth work on posture, methodology, and detailed analysis of real-life situations.

Why this training?
In hospitality and restaurant professions, service quality is often assessed through grids, procedures, or standards. However, these tools are not sufficient to understand what a customer truly experiences.
The Girault-Pasqué methodology is based on a different approach:
➡️ analyzing quality through lived experience,
➡️ understanding the gaps between what is promised and what is perceived,
➡️ identifying weak signals and internal friction points.
This training enables you to develop a professional, structured, and objective perspective capable of producing useful, actionable, and credible analysis.
